My wife and I were married on the Peace River in the late 80’s and my children attended Deep Creek Elementary until my job transferred me to Orlando, FL.  We loved it here in SW Florida and always wanted to move back.

We drove back and forth from Orlando to Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota counties in search for the right home for 3 years. We toured so many homes I decided to become my own home inspector. I realized the value of a professional   home inspector and started my own business here in Port Charlotte.
